How Much Sugar Is In That Drink?

Walk into any restaurant and you will see plates filled with burgers, enchiladas, cakes and fried everything… there is no doubt we can look at those things and know they cannot possibly be helping our weight goals, but what about the 8 ounce drink, on the table? People mindlessly drive through a Starbucks and order their morning coffee (for a ridiculous price, no doubt) and never think twice about how it could be impacting their caloric intake, daily sugar intake… and long term health. In  a previous article, I outlined the dangers of sugar consumption.

CNN recently posted this  fabulous article, which visually compared common drinks and their sugar content. This is very impactful, for those trying to wrangle in their sugar habits. Do you fall into these “sugar traps”?
