2 Bananas- mashed
2 Eggs- whisked
2 T Almond Butter
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
½ t Ground Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and almond butter.
- Mix whisked eggs into banana batter. Add in your baking soda and cinnamon. Mix. Add in the apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- In a mini-muffin pan/quiche pan, fill each cup with about 1 Tablespoon of batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes. When done, let them set for 10 minutes, before removing and serving.
