- 3/4 C Oat Flour
- 2 Bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 C Blueberries (frozen work best)
- 1/2 t Apple Cider Vinegar (with the ‘mother’)
- 1/2 t Baking Soda
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Fill mini muffin cups 3/4 full (muffins will rise).
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
