INGREDIENTS:
2 C Brussels Sprouts
1 T Butter
2 T Maple Syrup
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 t Salt
PREP:
– cut stems off brussels, then quarter them
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add brussels sprouts and sauté 10 minutes, until they become crispy.
2. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and maple syrup, then sauté an additional 5 minutes.
