2 Bone-In Pork Chops
2 T Butter (grass-fed)
1/4 C Bone Broth
2 T Capers
2 t Dried Parsley
Ground Black Pepper
1. Generously salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.
2. In a skillet, over medium-low heat, melt butter. When melted, turn heat to medium and add pork chops. Sear pork chops 7 minutes, per side, until each side is golden and crispy.
2. Pour broth over chops, then add capers and parsley.
3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
