- 1 C Ground Pork Sausage
- 1 C Almond Flour
- 1 C Grass-Fed Cheddar (grated)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix ALL ingredients into a bowl and knead together.
- Fill mini-muffing cups with mixture (about 1 inch balls) OR roll balls and place on parchment paper lined pan.
NOTE: Sausage Balls are more crispy using silicone muffin cups.
- Bake 304-40 minutes. Let cool before storing.
