Sausage Balls


  • 1 C Ground Pork Sausage
  • 1 C Almond Flour
  • 1 C Grass-Fed Cheddar (grated)


  1.  Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix ALL ingredients into a bowl and knead together.
  3.  Fill mini-muffing cups with mixture (about 1 inch balls) OR roll balls and place on parchment paper lined pan.
    NOTE: Sausage Balls are more crispy using silicone muffin cups.
  4. Bake 304-40 minutes. Let cool before storing.
