INGREDIENTS:
Cucumber
Basil
Tomato
Mozzarella
Kalamata Olives
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
PREP:
– Chop cucumber
– Cube mozzarella
– Chop tomatoes
– Chop garlic
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (add as little or as much of each, as you want!), with a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well.
2. Serve immediately
